Job summary

Gong is hiring Enterprise Revenue Architects to partner with our largest customers, guiding executives to drive revenue with Gong’s AIOS. You will architect workflows, accelerate adoption, and realize measurable business results across the revenue lifecycle.

You will combine deep knowledge of revenue operations with change-management strategy to operationalise Gong for tangible outcomes. Success is measured by activation, ROI, and renewal impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven experience managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Track record owning relationships with senior (VP and C-suite) stakeholders and ROI conversations.
• Customer-centric mindset with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Support, Marketing and executives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Passion for driving customer outcomes and contributing to a high-performing, accountable culture.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute revenue transformation strategies with senior GTM leaders.
• Map current processes to AI-driven workflows that translate to revenue outcomes.
• Lead adoption and change management to embed Gong into daily team rhythms.
