Job summary

Gong seeks an Enterprise Revenue Architect to partner with top customers and guide revenue transformation using Gong’s AI Operating System. You will architect workflows, drive adoption, and quantify business impact across the revenue lifecycle.

You will engage senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and own renewal strategies to maximize value and expansion opportunities for our largest customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience engaging with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven with focus on measurable outcomes.
• Ability to drive customer-centric initiatives across teams.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Transformation Strategy: Partner with senior GTM leaders to design and execute strategies that modernize revenue operations through Gong’s AIOS
• Workflow Architecture: Map current-state processes to AI-driven workflows that translate to revenue outcomes
• Adoption and Change Management: Drive adoption initiatives that change behavior and embed Gong into daily rhythms
• Value Realisation: Use data-driven insights to quantify measurable business outcomes showing ROI and value
• Renewal and Expansion Management: Own renewal strategy and execution with cross-functional teams for growth
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience across the journey
