Job summary

Gong is seeking a Mid Market Revenue Architect to partner with our mid-sized customers and guide revenue transformation using Gong’s AI Operating System. You will architect workflows, accelerate adoption, and realise business value across the revenue lifecycle.

Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, drive adoption, and quantify ROI while collaborating with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years proven experience in customer facing roles in a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience managing accounts with multiple internal and customer-side stakeholders.
• Track record owning relationships with senior VP/C-suite stakeholders and ROI conversations.
• Passion for customer centricity across Sales, Product, Support, Marketing and executives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Desire to drive customer outcomes and contribute to a high performing culture.

• Revenue Transformation Strategy: design and execute strategies modernising revenue operations.
• Workflow Architecture: map processes to AI-driven workflows translating to revenue outcomes.
• Adoption and Change Management: drive adoption and embed Gong into daily team rhythms.
• Value Realisation: quantify business outcomes showing Gong’s ROI and value.
• Renewal and Expansion Management: own renewal strategy with cross-functional growth.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: partner with internal teams for a superior customer journey.
