Job summary

Gong is seeking a Mid Market Revenue Architect to partner with mid-sized customers, guiding executive stakeholders to drive revenue with Gong’s AI Operating System. You’ll architect workflows, accelerate adoption, and realise business results across the revenue lifecycle.

You will combine deep understanding of revenue operations with change management to help customers operationalise Gong, with success measured by activation, ROI, and renewal opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in customer-facing CS, AM, or similar in a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience managing accounts with multiple internal and customer-side stakeholders.
• Track record with senior stakeholders (VP/C-suite) and ROI conversations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset focused on measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Transformation Strategy: design and execute modernised revenue ops with Gong's AIOS.
• Workflow Architecture: map processes to AI-driven workflows that drive revenue outcomes.
• Adoption and Change Management: lead initiatives embedding Gong into daily rhythms.
• Value Realisation: quantify outcomes to demonstrate ROI and strategic value.
• Renewal and Expansion Management: own renewal strategy with cross-functional growth.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: partner with internal teams to ensure a stellar customer experience.
