RECRUITERS in Ireland is seeking a Retail Manager to lead day-to-day operations across store, workshop, e-commerce and warehouse, partnering with the General Manager.

This hands-on leadership role offers autonomy, influence and long‑term progression potential, with responsibility for sales, customer experience and staff development. The role requires commuting to Tallaght and a strong focus on results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years retail leadership experience
• Proven experience leading large front‑line teams
• Strong commercial, organisational and people‑management skills
• Hands-on, resilient and solutions‑focused
• Passion for cycling, fitness, outdoors or leisure preferred
• Right to work in Ireland and ability to commute to Tallaght
• Flexibility for alternating weekends and occasional shifts until 8pm

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 45+ person team across multiple departments
• Work closely with department managers on KPIs, rotas, performance and staffing
• Oversee daily store, workshop, e-commerce and warehouse operations
• Drive sales, customer experience and operational performance
• Handle people/HR matters fairly and effectively
• Identify inefficiencies and introduce smarter processes
• Troubleshoot problems and take ownership — no job is too big or too small
• Act as a trusted right hand to the General Manager, with succession potential
