Teamworx are recruiting for an experienced Store Manager in Drogheda, Ireland to lead a premium retail brand. This permanent, full-time role is 40 hours per week with a competitive salary, bonus and excellent benefits.

You will drive sales, coach a high-performing team, maintain store standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences while policing KPIs and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in fast-paced retail.
• Strong track record delivering against commercial targets.
• Experience in premium/luxury retail is a plus.
• Effective coach with excellent people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team.
• Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience, ensuring consistently high service standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers and coach your team to engage confidently, advise and build rapport.
• Take ownership of store performance, driving sales and achieving commercial targets and KPIs.
• Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to grow sales and improve results.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and develop team members, supporting their ongoing progression.
• Lead by example on the shop floor and create a strong customer-first culture.
• Maintain excellent standards across merchandising, store presentation and operational procedures.
• Manage rotas, staffing levels and daily store operations effectively.
• Create clear action plans and engage the team around targets, priorities and product launches.
