Teamworx are recruiting for an experienced Store Manager in Drogheda, Ireland to lead a premium retail brand. This permanent, full-time role is 40 hours per week with a competitive salary, bonus and excellent benefits.

You will drive sales, coach a high-performing team, maintain store standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences while policing KPIs and operational excellence.

Teamworx are currently recruiting for an experienced Store Manager on behalf of a leading international premium retail brand in Drogheda.

As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day operation and performance of the store, leading your team to deliver exceptional service while achieving strong commercial results.

The Role

About You

We are looking for an experienced retail leader who can combine commercial performance with exceptional people and customer leadership .

You will ideally have:

• Previous management experience within a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
• A strong background in sales and delivering against commercial targets.
• Experience within premium, luxury, beauty, fashion, jewellery, lifestyle or another service-led retail environment would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent people-management skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop a team.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence working with KPIs, sales targets and store performance data.
• A hands-on leadership style and the ability to lead from the shop floor.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage the operational requirements of a busy retail environment.
• A positive, energetic and commercially focused approach to retail leadership.
