BHA Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead a 70-unit residential apartment scheme in Dundrum, Dublin. You will head the site team, manage subcontractors, and ensure delivery on programme, on budget, and to high standards of excellence.

This is a key leadership role with opportunities for long-term progression within our company as the project progresses through preconstruction to handover.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in site or project management within residential construction.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and schedules.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to drive on-site performance.
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing, programming, and modern methods.
• Committed to safety, quality, and productivity on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full delivery of a 70-unit residential apartment development from preconstruction through handover.
• Develop and maintain detailed programmes, aligned with P6 plans.
• Drive site productivity, sequencing, and resource planning to maintain momentum.
• Ensure all works are safe, efficient, and to quality standards.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as required.
• Liaise with design teams, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement schedules and coordinate with the commercial team on budgets and forecasts.
• Chair site meetings and prepare clear reports for senior management.
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent BHA professionally.
• Ensure timely handover of completed units to the highest standard.
