Global Professional Consultants Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-end residential project in South Dublin. You will manage the site team and ensure projects meet cost, quality, and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience with main contractors and a background in apartment projects. A competitive salary and benefits package, including a car allowance and bonus, are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years’ experience working for main building contractors in Ireland or the UK.
• Experience managing apartment projects.
• Ability to manage a large team and project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for Site Team management.
• Reporting to the Contracts Manager / Company Director.
• Ensure projects are completed to standards of cost, programme, quality, and safety.
