Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to join their Irish financial services business and oversee a portfolio of institutional clients and investment funds. The role involves coordinating governance, regulatory obligations and service delivery across a broad stakeholder network including fund boards, investment managers and regulators.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification required.
• CFA/IMC or regulatory/compliance qualifications advantageous.
• 15+ years' experience in the investment funds industry.
• Strong knowledge of Irish UCITS and AIF structures and Central Bank of Ireland standards.
• Experience presenting to fund boards and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a portfolio of AIF and UCITS clients, acting as a senior relationship contact and ensuring high service standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investment managers, institutional clients, fund boards and senior stakeholders.
• Lead regular client service meetings, manage actions, issues and deliverables.
• Prepare for and attend fund board and committee meetings with board papers and materials.
• Provide input to boards on governance, regulatory obligations and industry developments.
• Coordinate engagement with the Central Bank of Ireland for authorisations and regulatory matters.
• Onboard and launch new clients and funds, including KYC/AML and third-party due diligence.
• Work with fund administrators, depositaries, custodians and service providers on operations and issues.
• Oversee NAV production, reconciliations, reporting and service-provider performance.
• Identify opportunities to develop existing relationships and support new business activity.
• Collaborate on proposals, pitches and RFPs and represent the firm at industry events.
