Job summary

G2 Legal Limited seeks a Senior Funds Company Secretary in Dublin to lead complex governance for a portfolio of regulated funds and AIFMs. The role reports to the Head of the Funds CoSec team and offers high visibility within a premier funds department.

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end board governance, regulatory submissions and onboarding for PCFs/CFs, leveraging platforms like Blueprint or Diligent. Hybrid working in Dublin is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years’ dedicated experience as a Funds Company Secretary.
• Deep technical knowledge of Companies Act, ICAV Act, CBI governance and accountability standards.
• Proven hands-on experience with governance platforms and minute writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio management for regulated entities, AIFMs and investment funds.
• End-to-end board governance: agendas, packs, meetings, minutes, action logs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Corporate Governance Codes and CBI standards.
• Manage statutory submissions to CRO and Central Bank in a timely manner.
• Coordinate PCF/CF onboarding and CBI IQs.
• Administer CBI portal and file regulatory returns.
• Oversee AGM/EGM prep and entity lifecycle tasks.
• Maintain statutory registers using Blueprint or Diligent.
