Job summary

Carne Group in Dublin is seeking an experienced funds professional to join its Client Relationship Management team. You will manage and enhance the client experience across multiple jurisdictions and fund structures, acting as a trusted partner to clients and internal stakeholders on service delivery and governance.

The role offers exposure to a diverse international client base, opportunities to lead strategic engagements, and collaboration with Onboarding, Risk Monitoring, Sales & Product

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience in the global funds industry.
• Strong exposure to regulated fund structures (e.g., UCITS, AIFs) in Ireland.
• Proven client-facing relationship or service management experience.
• Ability to lead strategic client engagements and resolve complex queries.
• Solid understanding of fund governance and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in Depositary, Investment Management Ops, or Regulatory Reporting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to enhance client experience and ensure high-quality service across touchpoints.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through proactive engagement and meetings.
• Monitor industry and regulatory developments and advise clients on impacts.
• Resolve client issues promptly and escalate when needed.
• Deliver clear reporting with meaningful commentary for Management Company/Board.
• Represent the firm at Fund Board meetings and escalate relevant matters.
• Address persistent service issues by identifying gaps and proposing improvements.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Risk Monitoring, Sales & Product Development, and Operations.
• Contribute to strategic planning for Client Service Management and productivity.
