The People Group in Ireland is seeking a commercially strong Senior Recruitment Manager to drive revenue, win new business and lead a high-performing desk. Hybrid work from our Dublin 2 office positions you at the heart of client growth and delivery.

You will build trusted relationships with clients and candidates, manage a team, and shape the next phase of the business with energy, ownership and strategic thinking.

Job description

The People Group is seeking a commercially strong Senior Recruitment Manager to join the business and make an immediate impact.
This is an opportunity for an experienced agency recruiter who can build revenue, develop strong client relationships and play a meaningful role in the next stage of growth.

We are open to two types of candidate:

• An established high-performing recruiter with a proven billing track record
• A senior recruiter with the capability to bill strongly while also mentoring, developing and potentially leading a team
• The People Group is an established specialist recruitment business with a strong reputation in the Irish market and a long track record of delivering quality recruitment solutions across sales and marketing.

• Confident operating at pace and with autonomy
• Team leadership or mentoring experience would be an advantage
