Job summary

Datadog is seeking a recruiter to own full-lifecycle recruiting, acting as the face of our hiring process and first point of contact for candidates. You’ll hire for open roles via sourcing, job posts, referrals, and agencies, while partnering with leadership to design interview processes and ensure a fantastic candidate experience.

You will leverage Greenhouse, manage multiple positions with urgency, negotiate offers, and help scale our Dublin team in a hybrid workplace that values collaboration

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience.
• Experience in in-house or staffing agency environments.
• Ability to identify where top talent lives.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Capable of managing multiple roles with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Find qualified talent for open roles via sourcing, job posts, referrals, and agencies.
• Screen candidates to align with open roles.
• Collaborate with leadership to design or streamline interview processes.
• Ensure follow up and closure for all interviewed candidates.
• Negotiate compensation with qualified candidates.
• Enhance recruitment processes through training interview teams.
• Leverage Greenhouse to track progress and maintain data.
• Ensure candidates have an excellent interview experience.
