Datadog is hiring a Recruiter who will be the face of recruiting, the first point of contact for candidates, and a key driver in shaping the candidate experience and turning strong applicants into great employees. You will source, screen, and collaborate with leadership to design or streamline interview processes, negotiate offers, and improve our recruitment practices using data from Greenhouse.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-lifecycle recruiting (2–5 years).
• Strong sourcing abilities to identify top talent.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple roles.
• Comfort with fast-paced, evolving processes.

Responsibilities

• Find qualified talent for open roles via sourcing, job posts, referrals, and agencies.
• Screen candidates to ensure qualifications match roles.
• Collaborate with leadership to design or streamline interview processes.
• Ensure follow up and closure for all interviewed candidates.
• Negotiate compensation with qualified candidates.
• Enhance recruitment processes through training interview teams.
• Use Greenhouse to track candidate progress and maintain clean data for reporting.
• Ensure candidates have an excellent interview experience, regardless of outcome.
