Job summary

WSP Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of rail engineering projects across the island of Ireland, with future opportunities in the UK. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure safe, on-time project delivery from concept through design to delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering multi-disciplinary rail projects.
• Experience managing client relationships and project teams.
• Strong knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 or similar contract frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams for rail projects.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships to achieve outcomes.
• Oversee technical delivery and safety culture on projects.
• Support work-winning through design tenders and proposals.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers within the team.
