Job summary

WSP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Rail Engineering Services team in Ireland, leading multi-disciplinary rail projects across the island and beyond. You will drive project delivery, manage client and stakeholder relationships, and ensure technical excellence.

You will mentor teams, administer NEC3/NEC4 contracts, and uphold health and safety standards. The role offers a hybrid working policy, with offices in Belfast, Dublin, Cork and Naas, and opportunities to grow within

Qualifications

• Track record of delivering multi-disciplinary projects.
• Experience with NEC3/NEC4 Conditions of Contract.
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
• Leadership of diverse technical teams across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and coordinate multi-disciplinary technical teams and be accountable to the Client for delivery.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships to achieve project outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design Managers for technical delivery of Rail projects.
• Uphold health, safety and welfare on projects and foster a safety culture.
• Mentor and develop high performing teams across disciplines including subconsultants.
• Administer contracts to monitor schedule and commercial performance.
• Lead design tenders and work winning activities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to aspiring project managers.
