Job summary

SSA Recruitment is assisting a leading Building Main Contractor in Dublin to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The role is office-based with site visits, reporting to the Commercial Director, and covers full commercial management of projects, budgets, cost tracking, and risk mitigation.

You will oversee variations, compensation events, and engage with stakeholders while mentoring junior staff. Ireland-based applicants with MSCSI status are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying is required.
• 7+ years post-graduate experience in a QS role.
• Large-scale construction site experience.
• MSCSI or working towards chartership.
