Job summary

SSA Recruitment is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor for a Dublin-based position with a leading building contractor. You will work in a fast-paced office with regular site visits and report to a Senior QS, gaining exposure across residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate has a BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying with at least 2 years post-graduate experience, valid rights to work in Ireland/Europe, and a track record in cost control and commercial delivery.

Qualifications

BSc / MSc Degree in Quantity Surveying required.
Post-graduate contractor experience preferred (QS or Estimator).
Experience with cost control and commercial delivery desirable.

Responsibilities

Report to Senior QS and assist with cost control and forecasting.
Regular site visits to support project delivery and financial reporting.
