Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Quantity Surveyor in construction.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and cost reporting.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and subcontractor management.

Responsabilités

• Take full financial responsibility for project(s) and monitor budgets.
• Prepare and submit monthly applications for payments.
• Monitor client changes and provide cost information for approvals.
• Ensure timely payment processing to subcontractors and consultants.
• Maintain project records and reports (SharePoint, cost reports, etc.).
