Sisk Group seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Ireland to manage full project commercial delivery, working with the Contracts Manager and wider team. You will drive commercial strategy, procurement, risk management and final accounts across high-value projects.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Experience with design and build contracts and high-value projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and cost management.
• Ability to influence and commercially support project teams.
• CPD in commercial and legal updates.

Aufgaben

• Own and lead project commercial strategy with the QS team.
• Prepare forecasts, cash flow, reconciliations and valuations.
• Lead procurement, tenders and subcontract management.
• Manage variations and final accounts in a timely manner.
• Maintain risk and opportunity registers and mitigation measures.
• Lead and develop junior commercial staff.
• Provide commercial input to pre-construction tenders.
• Engage with clients, consultants and partners on commercial matters.
