Qualifications

• Chartered QS with a recognised professional body.
• Extensive experience in QS within construction, focused on large-scale projects.
• Proven track record in cost control and procurement processes.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of construction contracts and relevant legislation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in relevant software tools and applications.

Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough cost estimates and budget analysis for construction projects.
