ProSource are currently recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our client, who are a nationally recognised Cost and Project Management Consultancy based in Dublin City Centre. They have a culture of promoting from within and strongly encourage professional development.
Role: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing cost management and procurement activities throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely cost assessments, managing budgets, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough cost estimates and budget analysis for construction projects.
• Managing procurement processes and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Collaborating with project teams to provide cost advice and support decision-making.
