Job summary

Buildcost in Dublin is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead projects for commercial, healthcare, residential and education sectors. You will report to Directors and shape client relationships on a hybrid basis.

With 7+ years PQS consultancy experience and chartership progression, you will mentor junior staff, manage budgets, and contribute to APC preparation. The role offers Dublin City Centre HQ access and opportunities to work from Letterkenny as needed.

Qualifications

• Chartered PQS or progressing towards chartership.
• 7+ years' PQS consultancy experience.
• Ability to lead projects, advise clients and build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across commercial, healthcare, residential, education, logistics and deep retrofit.
• Advise clients and manage key stakeholder relationships.
• Support APC mentoring and professional development for team members.

Buildcost is a growing independent PQS consultancy with a team of 20+ QS professionals and a reputation for high-quality cost management services across commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and student accommodation. We're growing and are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dublin.
