Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for the Greater Waterford Area to lead the commercial team on residential projects.

You will manage budgets, valuations and forecasts, prepare tenders and bills of quantities, value subcontractor payments, and monitor cost risk.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience, ideally in residential construction.
• Strong understanding of Irish construction contracts and regulatory standards.
• Proficient in cost planning software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
