Job summary

Park Recruit is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading European data centre contractor in North West Dublin. You will lead the commercial delivery of subcontract packages and manage budgets, cost reports and final accounts on major projects.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying and a minimum of seven years' experience in construction, with strong subcontractor management, procurement, and cost control skills.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years' relevant commercial experience within construction.
• Strong understanding of subcontractor management, procurement and cost control.
• Excellent negotiation, financial reporting and communication skills.
• Experience using Buildsoft, CostX or similar is advantageous.
• MEP experience highly desirable.
• Previous data centre or large-scale construction project experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage variations, claims, subcontractor payments and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs, cash flow and commercial performance.

• Prepare monthly commercial reports and project forecasts.
• Support and mentor junior members of the commercial team.

Park Recruit are working with a leading European data centre construction contractor who are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on major projects in North West Dublin.

Our client is a highly successful and growing business, delivering large-scale, technically complex data centre projects across Europe. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established commercial team with exposure to some of the industry's largest construction projects.
