Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software quality engineering, test automation, or software development.
• Proven experience in team building and mentoring test engineers.
• Strong understanding of Agile development, microservices architecture, and modern testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on leadership to drive end-to-end test automation strategy across NFRs such as performance, scalability, reliability and security.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
• Drive in-sprint testing, shift-left quality, and test automation across platforms.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.
• Design and implement robust testing frameworks using Karate, Selenium, Playwright, Rest Assured, and AI tools.
• Monitor Quality KPIs, test coverage, defect leakage, MTTR and release readiness.
• Ensure performance and resilience through JMeter and chaos testing, plus contract testing.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver high-value user experiences.
• Promote test-driven development (TDD), BDD and quality gates using SonarQube.
