Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role, preferably on large-scale projects.
Proven experience in managing subcontractor accounts and final accounts.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts like RIAI, NEC, JCT or similar.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all aspects of cost control and commercial reporting.
Evaluate subcontractor applications and manage site variations.
