Qualifications

• Significant experience in Project Delivery, including Estimating and Cost.
• 3-6+ years relevant industry experience.
• Exposure to MEP and Cost Estimating systems is a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepares service estimates for projects.
• Supports the design, implementation, and maintenance of estimating programs.
• Prepares project estimates using various inputs.
• Monitors subcontract and purchase order awards.
• Prepares estimates for change management processes.
