• Monitor anticipated final project costs and recommend payments.
• Review measurement of designs and on-site works.
• Develop schedule of rates or Bill of Quantities.

Skills

Understanding of construction contract commercial documents

Experience in delivering technically complex and high-value projects

Knowledge of cost management principles

Implementation of policy and procedures

Education

C Eng / BEng / BA / BSc in cost management or related discipline
