An established and growing, private developer in South Dublin is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team.

With a new long-term pipeline in South and South-West Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to take a key role in the commercial management of major projects.

The Role

• Lead commercial management from inception to completion.
• Work closely with Senior Management and project teams.
• Manage contracts, costs, variations, CVRs and commercial reporting.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
• Oversee commercial operations across multiple sites.
• Drive cost efficiency and maximise value for money.
• Support and develop the wider Commercial team.

The Candidate

• 7+ years’ Quantity Surveying experience.
• Background in residential construction, main contracting or development.

• Experience with cost control and commercial reporting.
