Salary: €70,000/€80,000 DOE

As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role based on the delivery of a large residential project in South Dublin, ensuring maximum value for money while maintaining required standards.

This position involves full-spectrum Quantity Surveying duties, from civils/groundworks to turnkey handover of a fully completed project. You will support the Project Management team in delivering financial and contractual control costs across all contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual communications and notices.
