Job summary

Careeriser-Limited in Ireland is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a leading property developer on residential new-build projects including houses, duplexes and apartments. You will support cost management, subcontractor payments and contract administration.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying and 3–5 years of relevant Irish experience, familiarity with Cubit or Cost-ex, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• 3–5 years’ relevant experience in Ireland.
• Familiarity with Cubit, Cost-ex or equivalent and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing subcontractor packages, including payments to subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Support the preparation of monthly internal valuations, cost reports, and budget tracking.
• Gain hands-on experience with RC frame, apartment, residential building, and commercial projects.
• Maintain accurate subcontractor and supplier contractual details, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
• Report on project budgets and variations, identifying discrepancies and proposing solutions.
• Take on tasks reflecting increasing levels of development and responsibility as experience grows.
