Job summary

SRG is seeking an experienced Cards Quality Engineering Lead to head end-to-end QA for card payments and self-service banking platforms. The role emphasizes ATM device testing, test leadership and delivery assurance, with hybrid work and an initial four days onsite per week.

You will drive testing strategy, oversee defect management, and ensure high-quality releases across critical banking systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading QA and test teams in banking/payments environments.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies.
• Experience with agile delivery and stakeholder management.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities across projects, regulatory initiatives and change programmes.
• Develop test strategies, plans and deliverables.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing of ATM hardware/software solutions.
• Validate customer journeys including withdrawals, deposits, balance Enquiries and card transactions.
• Manage defect lifecycle and testing across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, vendors and stakeholders.
• Maintain regression packs and testing documentation.
• Support performance and non-functional testing as required.
• Identify and escalate testing risks and issues.
