Responsibilities

• Lead QA team and translate business requirements into test plans.
• Prepare, execute, and document test cases for BR/FR.
• Mentor analysts and review test cases.
• Ensure design iterations stay within scope.
• Report issues impacting deadlines.
• Drive high‑quality QA across fintech/payments/POS.
