Gilligan Black Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commercial Bid Manager to own the full bid lifecycle for public-sector opportunities in Ireland. You will identify opportunities, shape bid strategy, price, and ensure timely submissions, with handover to operations at award.

You will collaborate with Finance and Commercial teams on pricing, assess risks, and manage multiple bids and deadlines while engaging senior stakeholders across the business.

Formación

• Proven experience managing end-to-end bids/tenders.
• Strong knowledge of public-sector procurement.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full bid and tender lifecycle from opportunity identification to pricing, submission and handover.
• Collaborate with Finance and Commercial teams on pricing and costings.
• Assess risks and contractual requirements; coordinate go/no-go decisions.
