With 7+ years in bid management, you will drive governance, money alignment and executive reviews, ensuring bids align with strategic objectives and commercial goals.

• Shape opportunities prior to formal tender release where possible.
• Lead cross-functional bid teams throughout the bid lifecycle.
• Manage bid budgets, resources and delivery timelines.

• Oversee executive reviews and sign-off processes.
• Ensure bids align with company strategy and commercial objectives.
• Partner with Sales Directors, Account Directors and Leadership Teams.
• Facilitate bid workshops and strategy sessions.
• Build strong relationships across technical, commercial and operational functions.
• Influence decision-making at senior leadership level.
• Support development of bid methodologies and best practice.
• Mentor Bid Managers and Junior Bid Managers.
• Drive improvements in win rates and bid quality.

About This Role:

The Senior Bid Manager plays a strategic role within the eir business Bid Team and is responsible for leading large, high-value and complex opportunities across telecommunications, managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, professional services and technology transformation programmes. The role requires a highly experienced bid professional capable of developing winning strategies, influencing senior stakeholders and leading virtual bid teams across the organisation. The successful candidate will also mentor junior team members and contribute to the ongoing development of eir business' business-winning capability.
