Zusammenfassung

Gilligan Black Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commercial Bid Manager to own the full bid lifecycle for public-sector tenders. You will identify opportunities, develop strategies, and coordinate pricing with Finance and Commercial teams, while managing multiple bids and deadlines.

You will bring proven bid/tender experience and strong communication skills, with knowledge of eTenders and procurement portals. Prior involvement in facilities management or other B2B services is advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience managing end-to-end bids/tenders.
• Strong knowledge of public-sector procurement and tender processes.
• Experience in B2B services such as facilities management, cleaning, security or property management would be advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Own the full bid and tender lifecycle from identifying opportunities to handover.
• Identify new opportunities via eTenders and other procurement portals.
• Develop bid strategies and compelling tender responses.
• Coordinate pricing and costings with Finance and Commercial teams.
• Manage multiple bids, stakeholders and deadlines, maintaining the bid library.
• Support public-sector frameworks and compliance.
• Attend procurement meetings, site visits and presentations.
• Analyse feedback from unsuccessful bids and drive continuous process improvement.
