Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in commercial real estate property management or related field.
  • PSRA licence is required.
  • Strong budgeting and cash flow management experience.
  • Experience leading teams and managing third‑party vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction for the property management function.
  • Develop and interpret policies, procedures, and strategy.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop staff for performance and engagement.
  • Oversee budgets, variances, and financial reporting.
  • Manage billing, invoicing, disbursements, and fee collection.
  • Monitor cash flow and coordinate with managers for financial control.
  • Maintain client, owner and tenant relationships with timely reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Oversee construction and capital projects with the Construction Manager.
