Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial property, facilities, or building management.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience managing service contractors and supplier relationships.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and expenditure.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• High level of IT proficiency, including property management and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead health, safety, fire safety, and risk management across the property.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate contractor compliance systems and risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain planned preventative maintenance programmes.
• Support planning and delivery of capital works and asset improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, clients, contractors, and service providers.
• Deliver a high-quality occupier and visitor experience.
• Manage annual service charge and operating budgets.
• Monitor expenditure and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Approve and process invoices; maintain financial records.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
