Job summary

Madison Berkeley is working with a leading multidisciplinary property consultancy in Dublin to grow its Commercial Property Management team. The role spans Senior Property Manager to Associate Director, with ownership of portfolios across office, retail, shopping centre and mixed-use assets for major institutional clients.

You will join a large, experienced team, manage service charges and budgets, mentor junior colleagues, and lead client meetings to drive asset performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Property Management in Ireland, across office, retail, shopping centre or mixed-use assets.
• Leadership and mentoring responsibilities in a senior team.
• Client-facing role with strong relationship management and service-charges understanding.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-quality commercial properties.
• Work directly with major institutional clients and occupiers.
• Take ownership of service charge budgets and financial reporting.
• Manage landlord and tenant matters across the portfolio.
• Work closely with FM, accounts, agency and building consultancy teams.
• Attend and lead client meetings.
• Identify opportunities to improve asset performance.
• Build strong, long-term client and stakeholder relationships.
• Mentor junior colleagues and take on greater leadership responsibility as you progress.
