Job summary

Madison Berkeley in Dublin is seeking a Senior Property Manager / Associate Director to lead our commercial property management mandate. You will own major assets and work directly with institutional clients.

The role offers genuine ownership, exposure to senior clients, and the chance to drive ESG initiatives while mentoring junior staff and shaping service delivery across retail, offices and mixed-use assets.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial property management at a senior level.
• Strong knowledge of service charges and lease administration.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and occupiers directly.
• Commercial, practical approach to property management and asset performance.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of assets.

Responsibilities

• Act as key contact for major institutional clients.
• Manage complex service charge budgets and lease events.
• Advise on trading performance, lease matters and wider asset issues.
• Collaborate with senior Directors on major instructions.
• Mentor junior team members and develop client relationships.
• Lead ESG and sustainability initiatives.
