Job summary

Park West is seeking a Business Park Manager to lead day-to-day management of the Park West estate and to deliver a consistently high level of service to tenants, occupiers and other stakeholders.

Reporting to directors at Harcourt Developments, the role requires 10+ years in commercial property or facilities management, strong contractor coordination, health and safety expertise and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach to enhancing the mixed‑use campus.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in commercial property management, facilities management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience of commercial property management and service charge methodologies.
• Proven experience managing contractors, suppliers and external service providers.
• Strong organisational and commercial skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with tenants, contractors, advisors and internal stakeholders.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a strong commitment to delivering high standards of service.
• Strong understanding of health & safety, risk management and property compliance.
• Eligibility to work full-time in the Republic of Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day management, coordination and operation of Park West within the areas under your remit.
• Ensure the delivery of a consistently high level of service to tenants, occupiers and other stakeholders across the Park.
• Manage and coordinate external service providers, contractors and consultants, ensuring services are delivered to agreed standards, budgets and timelines.
• Oversee the management and maintenance of common areas and Harcourt Developments-managed buildings across the Park.
• Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with tenants, occupiers, advisors, contractors and other key stakeholders.
• Support the preparation, management and reporting of service charge budgets and expenditure, ensuring effective cost control and value for occupiers.
• Contribute to the ongoing management and performance of the property portfolio.
• Monitor and manage property-related risks, ensuring appropriate controls and mitigation measures are in place.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and statutory compliance across common areas and managed buildings.
• Oversee relevant inspections, maintenance programmes and compliance requirements, ensuring issues are identified and addressed promptly.
• Respond effectively to operational issues, incidents and occupier concerns, providing a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the overall occupier experience, sustainability, efficiency and amenity of Park West.
• Support the wider property team in the continued enhancement and development of the Park.
