Job summary

Parkwest Business Park is seeking a senior property/ facilities manager to lead day-to-day operations across the park. You will oversee service delivery to tenants and stakeholders, manage external contractors, and ensure budgets and timelines are met.

The role requires robust HSE knowledge and strong relationship-building with occupiers and advisors. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in property management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining compliance and

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years’ relevant experience in commercial property management, facilities management, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience of commercial property management and service charge methodologies.
  • Proven experience managing contractors, suppliers and external service providers.
  • Strong organisational and commercial skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with tenants, contractors, advisors and internal stakeholders.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a strong commitment to delivering high service standards.
  • Strong understanding of health & safety, risk management and property compliance.
  • Eligibility to work full-time in the Republic of Ireland.

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day management, coordination and operation of Park West within the areas under your remit.
  • Ensure the delivery of a consistently high level of service to tenants, occupiers and other stakeholders across the Park.
  • Manage and coordinate external service providers, contractors and consultants, ensuring services are delivered to agreed standards, budgets and timelines.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of common areas and Harcourt Developments-managed buildings across the Park.
  • Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with tenants, occupiers, advisors, contractors and other key stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation, management and reporting of service charge budgets and expenditure, ensuring effective cost control and value for occupiers.
  • Contribute to the ongoing management and performance of the property portfolio.
  • Monitor and manage property-related risks, ensuring appropriate controls and mitigation measures are in place.
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety and statutory compliance across common areas and managed buildings.
  • Oversee relevant inspections, maintenance programmes and compliance requirements, ensuring issues are identified and addressed promptly.

Job description

  • Company pension contribution of 5% following successful completion of a six-month probationary period
