Job summary

Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd in Dublin is seeking a Senior Property Loss Adjuster to manage a diverse portfolio of property claims in a hybrid, permanent role. You will investigate losses, assess policy coverage, prepare reports and coordinate settlements with claimants, insurers and brokers.

The role requires strong communication skills, technical claims knowledge and the ability to travel as needed. Excellent customer service and regulatory compliance are essential.

Managing a portfolio of property claims from instruction through to settlement, you will deliver a professional, empathetic and customer-focused service while ensuring claims are handled efficiently and in accordance with policy coverage and regulatory requirements.This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll manage a varied portfolio including domestic, commercial and complex property losses, giving you the opportunity to apply your technical expertise across a broad range of claim types. You will work closely with claimants, insurers, brokers and third-party experts, building trusted relationships and guiding stakeholders through the claims process. From investigating losses and assessing policy coverage to preparing reports, arranging settlements and resolving complex issues, you will combine technical expertise with strong communication and problem-solving skills to achieve positive outcomes.You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while being supported by an experienced technical and operational leadership team, joining a collaborative environment where technical discussion, colleague support and shared learning are encouraged.
