Job summary

Sedgwick Ireland is seeking a Claims Handler in Dublin to join a dedicated claims team. You’ll manage a portfolio from first notification through settlement, delivering an outstanding customer experience with empathy and professionalism.

You will assess information, advise on policy cover, communicate with customers and insurer representatives, and ensure claims progress to a timely resolution while meeting SLAs and quality standards. Training and development are encouraged.

Qualifications

• APA qualification – APA qualified with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Claims knowledge – Strong understanding of claims handling and insurance processes.
• Communication skills – Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Organisation – Strong planning, prioritisation and time management skills.
