Business Transformation Manager UKIMEA
Job Location: Ireland

Drive transformation across our UKIMEA business by harnessing AI, innovation and technology to deliver smarter ways of working and measurable business value.

Join Sedgwick's expanding International Transformation team and help shape the future of our UKIMEA business through innovation, technology and business transformation. Reporting to the SVP Transformation Lead for International, you will play a key role in identifying how Artificial Intelligence, automation and emerging technologies can improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences and deliver measurable business value. Working closely with Operations, Technology, Product and business leaders, you will translate strategic priorities into practical transformation initiatives that support growth across the organisation.

We are looking for a curious, analytical and business-oriented transformation professional who is passionate about innovation and understands how emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence, can accelerate business transformation. Beyond strong business analysis and stakeholder management capabilities, you will be comfortable challenging the status quo, exploring new ideas and helping business teams embrace modern ways of working. You will bring proven experience gained within business transformation, consulting, project management or a similar environment, together with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across complex organisations.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges and identifying opportunities where technology can transform how work gets done. Acting as the bridge between business needs and technology capabilities, you will lead requirements gathering, facilitate workshops and analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Working alongside AI, Product and Technology teams, you will help evaluate, prioritize and implement innovative solutions, ensuring transformation programmes deliver tangible outcomes and support the continued evolution of the business.

Operating across a diverse international region, you will coordinate initiatives from discovery through to implementation, bringing together stakeholders from multiple functions, geographies and cultures. You will develop transformation roadmaps, establish measures of success, support business process redesign and help teams embrace new ways of working. Combining business consulting, project leadership and change management, this role offers the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making and play a significant part in Sedgwick's technology-enabled transformation journey.

The skills you will have when you apply:
  • Business Transformation Expertise - Experience delivering strategic transformation initiatives involving process improvement, technology, operating model change and business growth.
  • Innovation & AI Mindset - A genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation and emerging technologies, with the curiosity to explore new ideas and identify opportunities to create business value.
  • Business Analysis & Process Improvement - Skilled in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, designing future-state solutions and translating business needs into actionable transformation plans.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management - Proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives, manage competing priorities and build strong relationships across multiple functions, geographies and leadership levels.
  • Technology Partnership - Ability to bridge the gap between business and technology teams, working collaboratively to deliver scalable, technology-enabled solutions.
  • Change Leadership - Comfortable challenging the status quo, driving adoption of new ways of working and supporting organizational change across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Communication & Influence - Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage, challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercial & Strategic Thinking - Ability to balance innovation with operational, regulatory and commercial considerations while focusing on measurable business outcomes.
  • Qualifications & Industry Experience - Degree educated in a relevant discipline, with experience gained within consulting, insurance, claims management, financial services or other regulated environments considered advantageous. Professional certifications in project management, Agile, Digital Transformation, AI or Change Management are beneficial.
  • Language Skills - Fluent English is essential; French language skills would be advantageous within our international environment.
What we'll give you for this role:
  • You will join an appropriate incentive (bonus) scheme
  • Bike to Work Scheme
  • Tax Saver Travel Scheme
  • Discounted onsite Gym Membership (Dublin 4)
  • Discounted onsite Montessori (Dublin 4)

  • Life Cover
