We invite you to grow your career with us, experience our caring culture, and enjoy work-life balance. Here, there's no limit to what you can achieve.
Join Sedgwick's expanding International Transformation team and help shape the future of our UKIMEA business through innovation, technology and business transformation. Reporting to the SVP Transformation Lead for International, you will play a key role in identifying how Artificial Intelligence, automation and emerging technologies can improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences and deliver measurable business value. Working closely with Operations, Technology, Product and business leaders, you will translate strategic priorities into practical transformation initiatives that support growth across the organisation.
We are looking for a curious, analytical and business-oriented transformation professional who is passionate about innovation and understands how emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence, can accelerate business transformation. Beyond strong business analysis and stakeholder management capabilities, you will be comfortable challenging the status quo, exploring new ideas and helping business teams embrace modern ways of working. You will bring proven experience gained within business transformation, consulting, project management or a similar environment, together with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across complex organisations.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges and identifying opportunities where technology can transform how work gets done. Acting as the bridge between business needs and technology capabilities, you will lead requirements gathering, facilitate workshops and analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Working alongside AI, Product and Technology teams, you will help evaluate, prioritize and implement innovative solutions, ensuring transformation programmes deliver tangible outcomes and support the continued evolution of the business.
Operating across a diverse international region, you will coordinate initiatives from discovery through to implementation, bringing together stakeholders from multiple functions, geographies and cultures. You will develop transformation roadmaps, establish measures of success, support business process redesign and help teams embrace new ways of working. Combining business consulting, project leadership and change management, this role offers the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making and play a significant part in Sedgwick's technology-enabled transformation journey.
Working directly with senior leadership, you will contribute to one of the company's most ambitious transformation programs, combining business reinvention, digital innovation, AI adoption, and international collaboration across multiple countries. This is a rare opportunity to make a visible impact in a global organization while working on strategic initiatives that will shape the future of the insurance and claims industry.

Following the closing date, applications will be reviewed and shortlisted candidates will be invited to interview, either virtually or in person.
