Job summary

CBRE in Dublin seeks a Project Supervisor to oversee electrical/mechanical and facilities-related projects, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will manage day-to-day site operations, liaise with Head of Projects and Project Manager, and build strong client relationships.

Applicants should have a minimum of five years' supervisory experience in M&E, FM or construction, with proven P&L and vendor management skills, and a solid grasp of QHSE frameworks.

• Business standard of written and verbal literacy and numeracy
• Recognised technical qualification in construction, Mechanical or Electrical

Responsibilities

• Supervise projects to ensure safe, on-time delivery.
• Communicate progress to Head of Projects and PM.
• Understand full scope of works to be delivered.
• Embed QHSE practices in each project.
• Ensure compliance with project management policies.
• Oversee day-to-day operations end-to-end, including sub-contractor management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for effective implementation.
• Secure written customer acceptance per project plans.
• Keep project documents current and stored properly.
• Build strong relationships with customers and site teams.
• Develop knowledge of client business and objectives.
• Maintain effective client communication.
• Escalate risks to minimize impact on quality, budget, and timeline.
• Report variations and maintain O&M manuals prior to completion
