Job summary

CBRE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to generate and deliver a range of project work on our customer sites. You will take full accountability for managing and delivering project works, from estimating and tendering through to final accounts.

The role covers building client relationships, liaising with stakeholders, managing sub-contractors, ensuring QHSE compliance, and achieving budgeted profitability on each project.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years proven Project Management experience in an M&E, FM ,construction or critical environment.
• Proven experience of running a P&L
• Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team
• Previous experience of operating at senior level

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate project opportunities from within a set portfolio of maintenance contracts.
• Liaise with key stakeholders on requirements and explain feasibility to become a trusted advisor.
• Work with developers, designers and sub contractors to define scope(s) of work(s).
• Develop and understand full scope of works in line with project business case and budget.
• Manage, run and draw up tenders on behalf of the customer and carry out full tender analysis.
