Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Dublin seeks a Head of Projects to own and deliver the business unit project plan, lead teams and ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery of major projects. You will manage risk, develop talent, and drive opportunities with clients and partners.

The role requires a strong track record in M&E, FM, construction, or critical environments, with focus on governance, bidding, and commercial performance. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Recognised technical qualification in Construction, Mechanical or Electrical (desirable).
• Degree level qualification in Project Management (desirable).
• APM/PRINCE2/CDM/SNMS/Nebosh/CSCS/IOSH certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe delivery of projects through risk management and competence.
• Recruit and retain talent for current and future project delivery.
• Lead identification, specification and pursuit of project opportunities.
• Deliver contractual commitments and manage projects to budget and schedule.
• Maintain compliance with HSE, CDM regulations and CBRE governance.
